The Adrian Michel Group is an innovative production company in the metallurgical sector with a dedicated team of qualified professionals at the Schmiedrued, Rümlingen and Duggingen sites.

For our clients in the medical, watchmaking, electrotechnical and household industries, we manufacture complex stamping and forming tools. We are competent from prototyping to the mass production of stamped parts and assemblies, up to machining by material removal.

To complete our dynamic team of the Adrian Michel Group at Schmiedrued AG, we are looking for a

Stamping Production Operator 100 % (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Manufacture of parts on stamping presses and insertion work on various mechanical eccentric presses from 15 to 400 tonnes
• Loading stamping presses with new material strips
• Mass production of stamped parts in metallic materials while respecting quality requirements
• Autonomous operation, maintenance and monitoring of production installations
• Control and compliance with quality specifications according to the part drawing and the control plan
• Recording of production orders
• Careful handling of equipment, means of production and tools
• Cleaning of machines and maintaining the cleanliness of the department

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience in production
• Knowledge in the field of stamping
• Willingness to learn new machines and work processes
• Reliability, precision and care in the execution of your tasks
• Good knowledge of German, oral and written
