Set-up Technician with Shift Responsibility

Do you know your way around extrusion systems, like to get hands-on, and want to take on responsibility? For our production in Wallbach, we are looking for a technically skilled personality, starting by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Independently set up, start up, and convert extrusion systems
• Monitor production processes and optimize them with regard to quality, performance, and scrap
• Analyze and rectify malfunctions and involve maintenance if necessary
• Provide technical leadership, scheduling, and support with technical questions for employees during the shift
• Ensure a safe and smooth production process during the shift
• Perform quality checks and document production data and process settings
• Train new employees and ensure a structured shift handover

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as Kunststofftechnologe EFZ, Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe, or Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, or a comparable technical education with experience in extrusion
• Practical experience in the independent set-up and operation of extrusion systems
• Independent and systematic way of working as well as a strong awareness of quality and safety
• Clear communication, team spirit, and the ability to maintain an overview even during malfunctions
• Readiness for shift work
