Job description ###

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure deburring, finishing, washing, smoothing and packaging of parts, mainly on small watch components with care and precision, according to high watchmaking quality requirements
• Occasionally, according to production needs, ensure the loading and unloading of CNC machines
• Perform in-process production controls using measuring devices
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production and quality processes

Profile ###

Desired profile:

• Indispensable experience in deburring and finishing small watch components
• Proven experience in the production of small watch parts is imperative
• Experience in binocular or/and loupe inspection
• Excellent dexterity, meticulousness and sense of detail and excellent vision
• Experience in loading and operating CNC machines = an asset
• Knowledge of measuring devices such as Marcel Aubert and Mitutoyo = an asset
• Experience in sandblasting and polishing = an asset
• Rigorous, autonomous, responsible, independent and reliable
