Your tasks

• Independent construction management of demanding infrastructure projects for the departments of Master Planning and Structural Engineering
• Responsibility for the coordination and supervision of construction execution with regard to quality, costs, and schedules
• Management and coordination of contractors, specialist planners, authorities, and other project participants
• Ensuring professional realization according to planning documents, SIA standards, and technical specifications
• Preparation of tenders, specifications, works contracts, as well as schedules and construction programs
• Leading construction meetings including minutes and construction site reporting
• Checking of invoices, supplements, and measurements
• Support of the project and general management during all execution phases
• Collaboration in the further development of modern construction processes and digital working methods (BIM/BIM2Field)

Your profile

• Completed training in construction (Construction Manager HFP/HF, Technician HF, Architect FH/ETH or comparable)
• Experience in the construction management of structural engineering projects in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards as well as construction and contract law (SIA)
• Experience in tendering and specification with NPK/CRB
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital construction administration tools
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, assertive, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
