Construction Machine Operator / Plant Machinist (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement for our gravel, concrete, and recycling plant: a reliable, down-to-earth, and committed personality who likes to roll up their sleeves. As a floater, you will be deployed wherever you are currently needed - and thereby make an important contribution to a safe and smooth production process.

Mainly, you will work on our construction machinery. If required, you will also support in the incoming inspection (scales) or in working with our crusher plant.

Your tasks

• Working with the wheel loader for loading, unloading, as well as in inventory management
• Removal, inspection, and documentation of material samples according to QS specifications
• Feeding and operating our mobile crusher plant (Gipo130)
• Active participation in the optimization of workflows, processes, and technical facilities
• Recognizing, reporting, and participating in the rectification of malfunctions, anomalies, and safety deficiencies
• Compliance with and consistent implementation of occupational safety and environmental specifications
• Support with maintenance and cleaning work
• If required, support in the incoming inspection / scales (after appropriate introduction and training)

Your profile

• Basic technical or manual training (e.g., plant operator, mechanic, construction practitioner) or comparable
• Experience as a construction machine operator is an advantage (certificates M2, M3)
• Experience in the gravel, concrete, or building materials industry is an advantage
• Good technical understanding as well as practical and solution-oriented thinking
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
• Flexibility and willingness to also take on responsibility across different areas
• Language: Good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
