Your task

• Advising our customers as well as carrying out dimension measurements, repair and warranty work
• Professional and timely installation of Koralle shower enclosures
• Independent scheduling of customer orders and processing of complaints
• Completion of administrative activities such as weekly reports and invoices
• Deputizing for team colleagues during holiday absences

Your profile

• Completed training in the industrial sector or in construction/crafts
• Pronounced manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Routine in handling MS Office applications as well as affinity for digital tools
• Flexible, dynamic personality with a strong service orientation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Residing in the region
