To complete its teams, the SEVE is looking for a Specialized Foreman or Specialized Foreman for works and irrigation at 100% ============================================================================================ Your mission and your responsibilities - Organize and carry out landscaping sites requiring large-scale means (heavy goods vehicle, mechanical excavator, etc.) across the entire territory of the parks, squares and green spaces of the Ville de Genève, according to the planning of the principal foreman. - According to the schedule, organize the works according to seasonal imperatives (medium term) and the weather (short term). - Efficiently allocate machines, supplies and human resources. - Organize and carry out work on irrigation systems: design irrigation circuits according to the needs of the service; set up new installations or modify existing irrigation circuits. - Participate in the analysis of needs, cost estimation and monitoring of expenditures related to irrigation installations and equipment. - Ensure monitoring of water consumption, analyze discrepancies or abnormal consumption and implement measures to optimize the use of the resource. - Ensure the troubleshooting of irrigation installations or mandate service providers for this purpose (diagnosis and repair). - Provide technical support to staff members working on irrigation works and train neighborhood teams on the installed devices. - Control the proper execution of work carried out by the team or external service providers. Your profile - Hold a CFC as a horticulturist (landscaping option). - Demonstrate professional experience of at least 5 years in the learned profession. - Benefit from experience in managing a team (foreman certificate: an asset). - Know the different automatic irrigation systems and be able to carry out hydraulic assemblies and electrical connections. - Be able to read irrigation plans, prepare technical sketches and describe works. - Possess a valid driver's license (depending on the type of vehicle and/or machine used). - Be in good physical shape and capable of working in a team and outdoors in all weather conditions. - Demonstrate precision, rigor and good observation skills. - Be autonomous and able to work in a team. - Wear the work attire defined by the service.
