Job Description

• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines: You set up CNC-controlled machines, program them, and monitor the production of precise components.
• Manufacturing of individual and series products: You process various materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, or plastics, according to the technical drawings and specifications.
• Creating CNC programs: You program the machines either directly (manually) or with the support of CAD/CAM software.
• Quality control: You perform regular quality controls, measure the manufactured parts, and ensure that they meet the technical specifications.
• Maintenance and upkeep: You perform simple maintenance work on the machines, identify malfunctions, and rectify them.
• Optimization of manufacturing processes: You continuously improve machine runs and production processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirement Profile

• Setting up and operating our CNC milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis)
• Experienced in machining larger (welded) constructions and components without a vice
• Programming directly at the machine (Heidenhain) and with programming software (Mastercam)
• Independent quality control and documentation
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Reliable, quality-conscious, motivated, and long-term oriented
• Ideally <30min commute to the company (Wangen SZ).
