Your tasks

• Processing production orders on the assigned systems while maintaining quality, quantity, and efficiency
• Adhering to the specified standards (production, value security, occupational safety)
• Continuous monitoring of product quality
• Ensuring cross-departmental processes and information
• Carrying out small repair and maintenance work within the shift

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic / electromechanic or similar training
• Professional experience in production
• Initial experience in leading a small team
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Precise way of working, high quality awareness, good powers of observation, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of independent work
