Gardener with agogic mandate Location Zollikofen (80 - 100 %) ##

In our customer gardens, we make dreams come true.

The landscaping department is responsible for the following areas of responsibility: maintenance and landscaping work for various private customers, public customers and companies.

This is your job

Leading a maintenance group - assisting with smaller alterations - guiding, leading, accompanying and enabling one to four people who are particularly challenged for psychological reasons - ensuring quality, customer satisfaction and a strong team feeling

This is what you bring with you

Completed training as a landscape gardener or a comparable training - strong communication skills, teamwork, openness and customer orientation - driving license Cat. B - independent and flexible way of working - the willingness to live our mission statement, which is based on Christian values
