Team Leader - Civil Engineering

For a client in the Delémont region, we are looking for a Team Leader - Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3 to 5 employees on the construction site
• Collaborate with a technician to organize and plan the work
• Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and ensure the safety of employees
• Write daily construction site reports

Profile

• Holder of a CFC in masonry or road construction, with a team leader certificate.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
• Proven experience in managing projects on construction sites.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Driver's license mandatory
