Your area of responsibility

• Technical and administrative management of construction sites, from order placement to final invoicing
• Work preparation, scheduling, and construction site organization
• Leadership and coordination of construction site personnel
• Measurement recording, billing, as well as preparation of additional claims and offers
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality
• Contact person for planners, clients, and customers
• If interested, gradual development towards estimation

What you bring with you

• Construction-specific training, ideally further training as a foreman, construction manager, or technical salesman with federal diploma
• Several years of experience as a construction manager or project manager, preferably in the field of seamless floor coverings or a related construction trade
• Leadership experience and a structured, independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as negotiation and assertiveness skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
