Your main responsibilities:

• Perform the disassembly and analysis of spindles to be overhauled (mechanical spindles, electro-spindles and high-frequency spindles)
• Diagnose the state of components and define the overhaul needs
• Perform the assembly of new products and the reassembly of overhaul spindles, according to the technical standards in force
• Balance and perform spindle run-in during product validation phases
• Perform dynamic measurements and validate spindle performance, before and after overhaul
• Write measurement reports and technical documentation
• Guarantee the quality and conformity of the work performed, on a protocol basis

What we are looking for:

• Holder of a CFC in Polymécanicien / Micromécanicien
• Experience in precision assembly (an asset)
• Analytical skills, strong team spirit, rigorous and autonomous
• Perform spindle grinding work, manufacturing or retouching of small series / prototyping parts
