Your future area of responsibility:

• Preparation, setup, and adjustment of production systems in the field of punching and forming technology
• Operation and support of automatic punching machines, bending machines, and mechanical presses
• Ensuring a smooth production start as well as monitoring manufacturing processes
• Inspection of manufactured components regarding dimensional accuracy and quality specifications
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults as well as support in process improvement
• Optimization of machine settings to ensure efficient production
• Regular maintenance, cleaning, and simple maintenance work on the production systems

What you bring with you:

• Technical vocational training in the mechanical field, for example as a Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, or in a comparable profession
• Professional experience in industrial series production, preferably in punching and forming technology
• Knowledge in handling progressive dies and automated manufacturing systems
• Experience with machines from the manufacturers Bihler or Beutler is a plus
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Readiness for flexible working hours in early and late shift operations
• Good oral and written German skills
• Structured, independent, and careful way of working
• Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality
