For our Décolletage department at our Delémont site, we are looking for the following profile:

CNC Tooling and Pre-setting Specialist (M/F)

Your mission

At the heart of production, you guarantee the availability and compliance of tooling intended for our CNC décolletage machines. Thanks to the ZOLLER pre-setting bench and your technical expertise, you contribute directly to the performance, quality, and reliability of our manufacturing processes.

You also participate in the continuous optimization of tooling management, technical data, and stocks in order to improve workshop efficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and pre-set tooling intended for CNC décolletage machines according to defined standards.
• Ensure the preparation, care, maintenance, and compliance of cutting tools and associated equipment.
• Perform the disassembly, inspection, and restoration of tooling upon return from production.
• Guarantee the availability of cutting consumables and ensure optimal stock management.
• Keep tooling data up to date in dedicated computer systems.
• Create and codify new tooling items in the ERP.
• Collaborate closely with cell managers, décolleteurs, and support services in order to provide tooling solutions adapted to production needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing tooling performance and technical data management.

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of mechanics (production mech, polymé, , mé or equivalent training).
• Experience in the preparation, management, or optimization of production tooling.
• Excellent knowledge of cutting tools, CNC machining, reading blueprints, and control methods.
• Good knowledge of material removal processes in turning and/or milling.
• Ease with computer tools (ERP, MES, Microsoft Office); experience with a ZOLLER pre-setting bench constitutes a real asset.
• Rigorous, methodical, and organized person, capable of working autonomously while promoting collaboration with production teams.
• Initiative, sense of service, good communication, and solution orientation.
• Ability to manage priorities in a demanding industrial environment.
