Caretaker / Allrounder 100 % for the management of several properties

We are looking for a caretaker / allrounder for the management of several rental properties with a workload of 100%. In this varied position, you will maintain the technical systems, organize and supervise craftsman services / renovation work, and undertake cleaning and environmental tasks. As the direct contact person for our tenants, you are the first point of contact for technical concerns, malfunctions, and minor repairs around the properties and will deal with their concerns independently and in a solution-oriented manner. This is a position that requires independence and personal responsibility.

Your profile

You should be a reliable, outgoing, and resilient personality with leadership qualities and meet the following conditions
