Tasks

• Assemble molds and gauges as well as perform final assembly including acceptance
• Conventional manufacturing of parts for molds and gauges
• Maintenance and repair of tools
• Production of prototypes and series tools
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes
• Technical support of the team (turning, milling, EDM etc.)
• Care, maintenance and correct handling of the machine park
• Implementation of innovative ideas for process and tool optimization

Profile

• A completed basic training as a Polymechanic
• Ideally experience in tool manufacturing for rubber molded parts
• Analytical skills combined with a solution- and result-oriented approach
• A motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Good German skills
