Butcher 60% to 80% - CDI

We are looking for a butcher 60% to 80% for our country butchery in Puidoux.

Tasks :
Cutting of beef and pork ( Deboning and trimming of pieces )
Vacuum packing and labeling of pieces
Slaughtering one day per week ( to be discussed if desired )

Profile :
CFC as Butcher or assistant butcher with a few years of experience
Mastery of cutting
Good level of spoken French
Vehicle MANDATORY (site not served by public transport)

Start: immediately or to be agreed
Rate: 60% to 80% (3 to 4 days per week)
Contract: CDI
Workplace: Puidoux
Salary to be agreed according to abilities.
