Employee Cleaning & Infrastructure

Zürcher Freilager AG is a dynamic real estate company and manages a development on its own premises of the former Zollfreilager in Zürich with 850 rental apartments, 200 student apartments and around 17'000 m² of office and commercial space.

To strengthen our team in Zürich, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as Employee Cleaning & Infrastructure.

Your main tasks

• Regular cleaning of public buildings on the Zürich premises
• Inspection and cleaning of streets, squares as well as rail network, parking garage and underground garage
• Surroundings maintenance and maintenance work on outdoor facilities and in the buildings
• Waste separation and disposal
• General and smaller service and repair work
• Processing of tickets (fault, maintenance or repair tickets) while complying with the specified intervention and reaction times
• Recording of consumption data
• On-call service (also on weekends)
• Carrying out winter service
• Accompanying, checking external service providers
• Co-responsible for the regular maintenance and cleaning of operating equipment

Your profile

• Experience in maintenance, cleaning and caretaker work
• Manual dexterity as well as an independent, exact and reliable way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B is mandatory
• Proven social competence in dealing/contact with tenants, employees and external service providers
• Communicative, flexible and resilient personality, team player
