Landscape Team Leaders – creation sector

You know how to create a garden. What if you took command of your team?

At Germa Paysages, we create outdoor living spaces: gardens, swimming pools, terraces, pergolas, and bespoke developments. To strengthen our creation sector in Monthey, we are looking for skilled men and women who love well-done work and beautiful projects.

LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADERS – CREATION SECTOR

A terrain to transform. A swimming pool to integrate into a garden. A terrace, walls, plantings… then the pleasure of stepping back and saying: "Our team achieved this."

If this is what makes you love your job, we have projects to build together.

At Germa Paysages, you will put your experience to work for complete creations: gardens, swimming pools, terraces, pergolas, and bespoke developments. Construction sites where your practical sense, your ideas, and the quality of your finishes will make the difference.

Already a team leader? Take your place with us.
You like to organize, anticipate, transmit, and move a construction site forward? We are looking for people capable of taking on responsibilities, with autonomy and the support of our site managers.

You have the experience, but not yet the title? Let's talk about it.
You have mastered landscape creation, your colleagues can count on you, and you want to lead a team? Your application interests us. Your next construction site can also be a new step in your career.

By joining us, you will find:

• The variety of the profession, with achievements that combine construction, greenery, and relaxation spaces.
• A concrete role on the ground, to realize, organize, and see the result of your work.
• The possibility to transmit, to progress your team, and to evolve yourself.
• A place in a developing French-speaking Swiss company, with new projects to realize.

What matters to us: solid experience in creation, attention to detail, reliability, and team spirit. A CFC in landscaping or an equivalent training is appreciated.

Permis B required; trailer permit BE: a real plus.

Want to get acquainted? Send us your CV or simply a message with your experience and your wishes for the future. A few photos of your achievements? We will be delighted to discover them.

Let's create beautiful gardens. And the next step in your career.
