Polymechaniker/in EFZ for assembly management on water turbines

Activity

• Professional assembly supervision and documentation of new installations, general overhauls and repairs, as well as commissioning support of our water turbines
• Active collaboration on new installations, overhaul work and commissioning work
• The competent representation of the company Andritz at customers and sub-suppliers for customer retention
• Technical and operational leadership of the assigned assembly personnel
• Leading the construction site team on-site in close cooperation with the back office

Requirements

You have successfully completed basic training in a technical profession (Polymechaniker EFZ or similar), have several years of practical experience as a chief fitter and possess a valid car driver's license. As a chief fitter, you bring the experience to lead people and projects professionally. Furthermore, you love being permanently on external assembly throughout Switzerland and having flexible working hours. You can use your German language skills for business negotiations in spoken and written form. The confident application of the French, Italian or English language is an advantage.
