PROJECT MANAGER AVOR in timber construction (60–100%) (m/f/d))

Your tasks:

• Independent management of timber construction projects from site inspection to final billing
• Creation of offers as well as execution of work preparation (AVOR)
• Material planning and timely ordering of the required materials
• Responsibility for the qualitative, timely and cost-effective execution of the construction sites
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Active cooperation on the construction site as well as coordination of execution work if required

Your profile:

• Completed training as a timber construction foreman (Holzbau-Polier) or comparable further training in timber construction
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation (AVOR) or project management in timber construction
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong communication, team-oriented personality with high social competence
• Solution-oriented thinking, initiative and joy in demanding timber construction projects
• Ideally, you have additional knowledge in cadwork, calculation, CNC control or bring experience in terrace construction, stair construction or in personnel management
