Team Leader Paint Shop Cars / Trucks (m/f/d)

For our client, an established company in the field of vehicle maintenance and painting in the Zurich region, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality for the management of the paint shop, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

In this responsible position, you will undertake the technical and organizational leadership of the paint shop team and ensure smooth operational processes. You will coordinate the workflows for the painting of passenger cars and trucks, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support your team in daily operations. Furthermore, you will participate in the planning and optimization of processes and act as a contact person for internal interfaces.

Requirements

You have completed training in the field of vehicle painting as well as several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience. You work in a structured manner, have strong communication skills, and know how to motivate and lead a team. Knowledge in the painting of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles is an advantage. An independent way of working as well as a high awareness of quality round off your profile.
