SERVICE TECHNICIAN "Heating Systems" (also for career changers, Luzern/Zug/Zürich) (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Operative responsibility for specific commissioning of heating systems in the assigned market area
• Coordination and implementation of extensive fault rectifications, ad-hoc measures, and maintenance as well as upkeep work in a versatile customer field (private customers, large buildings, administrations, etc.)
• Situational and comprehensive advice to the same customer base regarding service contracts, spare parts, and additional products
• Regular contact with the management team and the supervisor, as well as occasional training and further education in the specialist area
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other units (sales, logistics, technology, etc.) as well as deputy at the same level, participation in cross-departmental special projects and events

Your profile:

• Sound technical training in the field of building technology/HVAC, electrical, mechanics (or comparable), further technical training (e.g., specialist for heating systems or TS is an advantage), career change possible!
• Several years of experience in dealing with direct customer contact in the service environment of a company with technical products
• Proven track record with specialist experience in the field of alternative energy systems, electrical technology, building automation, or similar disciplines desirable
• German as a native language, foreign language skills in French, English, and/or Italian not mandatory but an asset
• Place of residence, if possible, in the operational area (you will work mostly from home), proficiency in the most common IT applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
