Team Leader Sheet Metal Processing / Bending (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You lead and further develop your 5-member team and take over holiday and absence planning
You ensure on-time production and the highest quality standards
You provide technical support to your team, program and operate our Trumpf bending machines, and actively work in production
You recognize optimization potential and continuously develop the processes in bending technology
Your experience:

Completed vocational training as a plant and apparatus builder or many years of practice in forming as well as programming individual and serial parts
Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step as a team leader
Good user knowledge in bending; programming knowledge in TruTops Boost is a clear plus point
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
