Main tasks ####

• Independent management and coordination of structural engineering projects from work preparation to completion
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and occupational safety
• Coordination of employees, subcontractors, and other project participants
• Organization and monitoring of construction site processes
• Management of measurements, reports, and billing

Requirements profile ####

• Completed vocational training in the construction industry with further training as a Construction Manager or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in structural engineering and sound knowledge of construction execution
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• Team player and communicative personality with a confident manner
