For a family-oriented, established architecture firm (approx. 20-50 employees) in the Winterthur region, we are looking, by arrangement, for a: Construction Manager Structural Engineering with potential to be the deputy of the Head of Execution (80-100 %). The office realizes new builds and renovations in residential as well as office and commercial construction.

Your tasks

• Organization, coordination and control of construction processes and deadlines on the construction site up to the handover and commissioning
• Ensuring and enforcing occupational safety
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality, quality assurance between plans and works contracts
• Preparation of tender and works contract documents based on the planning documents
• Coordination of planners and contractors, depending on need support or takeover of project management
• Reporting to the project-responsible management

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Bauleiter:in or Hochbautechniker:in HF with several years of professional experience
• Good understanding of plans, cost awareness and adherence to deadlines
• Sound knowledge of current Swiss construction norms and guidelines
• Expedient, pragmatic and resilient way of working, assertiveness
• Good IT skills for a digitized environment
• Reliable, structured, team-oriented and responsible
