Polymechaniker/in - Assembly with process optimization

Activity

• Assemble and inspect assemblies and finished products according to work orders and drawings
• Independently inspect finished products
• Final inspection or checking of products for order conformity according to inspection protocols
• Mechanical adjustments to individual parts (if necessary)
• Active and flexible action so that orders are delivered correctly in terms of schedule and quality
• Support in optimizing processes and fixtures for more rational working
• Prepare manufacturing orders (partially independent setup)
• Participation in quality and Lean projects Active support as well as independent implementation of KVP tasks

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechaniker with a specialization in assembly or many years of experience in an industrial environment in the assembly of more complex assemblies
• Experience in the assembly of assemblies
• Able to work in a team, proactive, communicative
• Occasional worldwide service assignments
