As part of its international development, our client wishes to strengthen its varnishing department, composed of approximately 15 people. This position is aimed at a hands-on person capable of resolving technical issues, stabilizing production, and durably structuring the department's knowledge, while bringing real expertise in application, shade adjustment, and mastery of varnishing processes.

Desired profile

• Solid experience in varnishing, painting, or lacquering, ideally in the field of watchmaking dials or an industrial environment with high quality requirements * Very good mastery of preparation, formulation, and color mixing processes, shade adjustment, paint/varnish application, and aesthetic control * Ability to intervene concretely on the ground to resolve production problems, adjust application parameters, and secure the output of parts * Appreciated knowledge in calibration, first-level maintenance, and proper functioning of varnishing equipment * Experience in the structuring of processes, writing standards, implementing procedures, and capitalizing on know-how * Strong interest in knowledge transfer, team training, and building lasting expertise within a department * Rigor, autonomy, practical sense, solution orientation, and ability to work in an international environment * Professional English appreciated
