What to expect ###

• Capturing and preparing bending data for customer-specific pipelines using 3D measuring machines or CAD construction drawings
• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC bending machines
• Manufacturing of pipelines according to customer orders and quality specifications
• Carrying out machine and tool maintenance
• Analysis and optimization of process flows as well as determination of key figures
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes
• Flexible support in adjacent areas of production
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area

What you bring with you ###

• Completed basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable)
• Ideally experience in CNC programming
• Knowledge of bending technology or forming technology is an advantage
• Practice in an industrial environment (machine operation and setup)
• Technical understanding and precise way of working
• Independence, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new things and to develop further
