YOUR TASKS

• Together with your team of service technicians, you ensure our high service quality and customer satisfaction in the long term
• You are the central contact person for customers regarding technical, organizational, and escalating service issues
• You provide technical support to our service technicians during complex technical malfunctions
• In close cooperation with dispatch, you plan and coordinate fault and maintenance assignments and prepare repair offers as well as maintenance contracts
• You work closely with sales, project management, and the assembly department and ensure a smooth flow of information

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a refrigeration system planner, refrigeration system fitter, or comparable training
• Several years of experience in the service sector, ideally supplemented by initial leadership experience in a similar environment
• Comprehensive expertise in the refrigeration industry and a well-developed network
• Enthusiasm for customer service and joy in active exchange with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Independent, responsible way of working as well as high flexibility and initiative
