For one of our clients based in the high mountains of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Watchmaking Operator for long-term temporary positions.

As a T2-T3 operator, you will intervene in a crucial stage of watchmaking manufacturing: casing and strap setting
Thanks to your precision and know-how, you will assemble the components to bring the watch to life.

Watchmaking Operator T2-T3

Your tasks:

• Case mechanical movements
• Perform hands and dial setting
• Control for defects and respect quality standards
• Set steel or leather straps
• Mount and drive clasps
• Report defects and participate in the quality improvement of the workshop

Your profile:

• AFP Watchmaking Operator (a serious asset)
• Successful first experience in the watchmaking industry
• Mastery of watchmaking tools
• Excellent dexterity and visual acuity
• Team spirit and autonomy
