Operations Electrician / Electrical Installer CFC in real estate management (m/f) #

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for electrical installations as well as ensuring the availability, functionality and safety of electrical installations in the managed buildings and sites
• Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on distributions, lighting installations, switching, control and regulation installations, safety and emergency power installations as well as on building automation systems / BMS (depending on the object)
• Locating, analyzing and resolving faults on electrical installations and devices, including professional documentation
• Carrying out periodic inspections and measurements in accordance with Swiss standards and regulations (e.g., NIN, NIV, SUVA directives)
• Participation in modifications, modernizations and optimization projects in building technology (e.g., energy efficiency, LED conversion, load optimization)
• Support to other trades (HVAC, sanitary, building management technology), coordination of external service providers and suppliers as well as ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Participation in on-call duties according to the intervention planning

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer CFC
• Experience with technical installations, ideally in real estate management, in industry or the service sector
• Good practical knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations

(e.g. NIN, NIV, ESTI directives, SUVA directives)

• Proficiency in wiring and installation plans as well as measuring and testing devices
• Experience in systematic fault searching and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of building automation / MSR technology is an asset
• Category B driving license
