Operator in shift operation (all genders)

Activities

• Operation, monitoring, and adjustment of production systems in the energy industry
• Responsibility for the quality of the manufactured products
• Independent recognition and rectification of malfunctions in the production process
• Setup, conversion, and maintenance of systems and production equipment
• Compliance with as well as active participation in the continuous improvement of occupational safety in daily operations

Qualifications

• Completed basic training EFZ or EBA
• Experience in plastics, printing, or electrical technology is an advantage
• Willingness to work in multi-shift operation (5-shift system)
• Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working
• Good comprehension as well as technical understanding
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Mobility through own vehicle guaranteed
