Job description

Your missions

Ensure the settings and setup of Recomatic finishing machines.
Perform and optimize polishing, satin finishing, and finishing operations of watchmaking components.
Adapt production parameters according to materials, geometries, and aesthetic requirements.
Perform series changeovers and guarantee process stability.
Ensure production monitoring and perform necessary corrections.
Perform visual and dimensional controls of the produced parts.
Identify technical problems and propose improvement solutions.
Participate in process optimization and continuous quality improvement.

Profile sought

Your profile

Training in mechanics, micromechanics, or experience deemed equivalent.
Confirmed experience in setting Recomatic machines or similar watchmaking finishing equipment.
Solid knowledge of polishing, satin finishing, and surface finishing processes.
Good understanding of the aesthetic requirements specific to high-end watchmaking.
Mastery of reading plans and control instruments.
Ability to perform setups autonomously.
Analytical mind, rigor, and a sharp sense of detail.
Proactive, methodical personality who appreciates technical challenges.
