To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, flexible and technically gifted personality as an Allrounder 50 % immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Facility management and general building maintenance
• Minor repairs and technical work
• Inspection of buildings and technical facilities
• Garden and surroundings work
• Lawn mowing, hedge trimming and general green care
• Cleaning work in stairwells, entrance and common areas
• Support with various maintenance and service works
• Identifying and reporting damages and defects
• Flexible assignments depending on the order and need

Your profile

• Manual dexterity and good technical understanding
• Experience in facility management, garden, cleaning or manual work is an advantage
• Independent, efficient and solution-oriented way of working
• Flexible, reliable and responsible
• You think ahead and take initiative independently
• Neat and friendly appearance
• Good physical resilience
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
