Your tasks

Things are moving around you – specifically at our potting machine! You set it up for the various cultures, operate and monitor the entire potting process, and always keep an eye on the quality of our plants. You also roll up your sleeves alongside the machine and support the necessary cultivation and care work. In this way, together with your team, you ensure that our plants are perfectly prepared for the next step.

Your profile

Plants are your world and you have a really good green thumb? Perfect! Ideally, you have training as a gardener and are knowledgeable about plants. You are organized, like to roll up your sleeves, and keep an overview even on busy days. With your open and motivated nature, you bring fresh air to the team and communicate confidently in German. A driver's license Cat. B is an additional plus.
