MIC Fitter (m/f/d)

Your work is used where people need fast help.
In the Medical Interior Components area, we develop and manufacture medical interior fittings for rescue helicopters.
Our solutions create the necessary space and technical infrastructure for medical teams to provide care to people even under the most demanding conditions.
As an MIC Fitter, you ensure that our systems are manufactured precisely and installed professionally directly in the helicopter.

• You assemble high-quality components and assemblies for rescue helicopters such as H135 and H145.
• You perform precise riveting, gluing, and laminating work.
• You install our medical equipment directly at the customer's site in rescue helicopters.
• You work according to technical specifications and, with your high quality awareness, ensure that the perfect solution is developed for the customer.
• You accompany our products from manufacturing to installation in the aircraft.
• During assembly assignments in Europe, you represent Bucher Leichtbau directly at the customer.
• At the end of your work, you don't just see a finished product – you see what it is used for.

You are an experienced practitioner who enjoys working precisely and also takes on responsibility while on the road.

• Completed technical training in the mechanical field, for example as a polymechanic or machine fitter
• At least three years of professional experience in a regulated technical environment
• Experience in assembly and enjoyment of demanding manual activities
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• English at least at level B1
• Careful and quality-conscious way of working
• Team spirit and individual responsibility
• Enjoyment of assembly assignments and travel activity of around 20–40 %
• Varied tasks with products that are used worldwide
