Polymechanic for assembly of adhesive systems with personal responsibility

Activity

• Assembly of adhesive systems (electrical and mechanical) with a high degree of automation according to
• drawings and bills of materials
• Complete internal commissioning of systems in a small team up to support during the preliminary acceptance with the customer (in-house)
• Running in and improving hotmelt adhesive processes
• Occasional commissioning and support of customers on-site
• Construction of experimental setups for principle trials including the manufacture of mechanical
• individual parts
• Introduction and implementation of innovations and improvement suggestions (KVP)
• You are responsible for deadline compliance, quality and safety in your work area

Requirements

• Basic mechanical training EFZ as agricultural machinery / construction machinery / machine /
• Polymechanic / Automation technician or similar with mech. manufacturing and assembly technology
• Careful and exact way of working
• Good hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering knowledge
• Enthusiasm for technology and processes
• Enjoyment of a comprehensive and very varied area of responsibility
• Confident appearance, independence, flexibility, enjoyment of contact with people
• Willingness to travel (<10%)
• Very good German and PC skills, English skills an advantage
