We are recruiting: Experienced Construction Manager

As part of the development of the activities of one of our clients, a recognized player in the construction field, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all the construction sites entrusted to you
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality of execution
• Supervise and support the teams of site managers
• Manage relations with clients, mandatories, and partners
• Participate in site meetings and make strategic decisions
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and current regulations

Profile

• Higher education in the field of construction (engineer, architect or equivalent)
• Confirmed experience in construction management, ideally in Switzerland
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
• Good mastery of standard IT tools
