Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in subtractive manufacturing
• Experience in the supervision and training of apprentices
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC machining centers
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working
• Reliable, uncomplicated and team-oriented personality

Your Tasks

• Deputy of the area management of the productive training workshop
• Technical and personal supervision of the apprentices
• Operating conventional machines as well as modern CNC machining centers
• Setting up and optimizing CNC machines
• Production of individual parts up to medium series
• Carrying out first-piece and intermediate inspections
• Monitoring and changing the machining tools
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
• Carrying out weekly machine maintenance
