For our team at the Oftringen location in the Swiss Mittelland, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement:

Skilled Worker Laminating-Finishing 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation and laminating of front glazing for trains
• Independent sealing of glass edges with sealants and adhesives as well as mounting and applying various functional elements and accessories
• Carrying out and documenting safety-relevant bonding according to the defined process and quality specifications
• Preparing the components, surfaces, materials, and aids for the respective assembly and joining processes
• Carrying out the final assembly as well as the specified intermediate and final controls of our high-quality products
• Recognizing and reporting process and quality deviations as well as ensuring complete production and process documentation
• Active participation in improving quality, productivity, and process stability
• Ensuring order and cleanliness as well as compliance with the applicable 5S specifications

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical, electrical, or mechanical field is an advantage
• Good technical understanding as well as the ability to read and implement drawings and work instructions reliably
• Manual dexterity, strong quality awareness, and enjoyment of precise work
• Training as a gluing practitioner (EAB) as well as experience in the area of gluing, sealing, and soldering is an advantage
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as enjoyment of working in a team
