Construction Manager (80-100%)

Do you want to take on responsibility and actively shape diverse construction projects?

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality, effective immediately or by arrangement, to competently accompany our projects in new construction, renovation, and retail construction.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for local site management – from construction preparation to acceptance
• Leadership of site personnel and coordination of works
• Monitoring of construction sites regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Close cooperation with clients, architects, and specialist planners

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed training as a dipl. Bauleiter/in, dipl. Techniker/in HF or equivalent training
• Professional experience as a Bauleiter/in, Bauführer/in or in a comparable function
• Good knowledge of project management as well as good IT skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
