Maintenance Technician (M/F/D)

Persag SA is looking for, for one of its renowned partners located in the Bienne region, a Maintenance Technician to strengthen its technical team.

Your mission

Your main responsibilities will include notably:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment ;
• Intervene in case of breakdown and perform necessary diagnostics ;
• Identify the causes of malfunctions and implement suitable solutions ;
• Participate in troubleshooting and commissioning operations of the installations ;
• Perform necessary adjustments, controls and technical interventions ;
• Ensure the follow-up of interventions and fill in maintenance documents ;
• Collaborate with the different departments in order to guarantee the availability of equipment ;
• Participate in the improvement and reliability of the installations ;
• Contribute to the identification of optimization and downtime reduction possibilities ;
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment ;
• Respect the procedures, quality standards and safety rules in force ;
• Collaborate with the production teams and other technical specialists.

Your profile

You are also:

• Comfortable with diagnosis and resolution of technical problems ;
• Capable of intervening autonomously while enjoying teamwork ;
• Rigorous, methodical and organized ;
• Possessing a good analytical spirit ;
• Comfortable in an environment where technical equipment is varied ;
• Solution-oriented and capable of keeping your calm in urgent situations ;
• Sensitive to questions of quality, safety and reliability ;
• Comfortable with IT tools and technical documentation ;
• Motivated to develop your skills and follow the evolution of technologies.

Experience in industrial maintenance or on automated equipment is an asset.
