Polisher (M/F) at 100%

Manual or semi-automatic polishing of metal, ceramic or composite parts (e.g.: watchmaking components, medical tools, turned parts).

Use of specific tools: grinding wheels, felts, brushes, polishing machines (polishing benches).
Visual and dimensional control of parts (binocular, micrometer, gauges).
Compliance with safety and hygiene procedures (wearing PPE, management of abrasive waste).
Collaboration with production, quality control and methods teams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in polishing (watchmaking, precision mechanics, medical, turning or aeronautics).

Mastery of manual and machine polishing techniques (e.g.: diamond polishing, satin finishing, emery polishing).
Experience with polishing machines or manual tools (felts, brushes, grinding wheels) is an asset.
Knowledge of materials: stainless steels, brass, titanium, ceramic, sapphire, etc.
