CNC Machine Operator Swiss Turning

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Independent production of precision turned parts according to the production plan
• Responsible for the independent operation of Swiss turning machines (Hanwha XD16, Hanwha XD20, Citizen K16, Tornos CT20, Tornos GT13 and/or Star SB20)
• Inspection of turned parts using a measuring microscope
• Responsible for high quality of the workpieces
• Monitoring and correcting the manufacturing process as well as proactive planning
• Implementing process optimizations
• Performing tool changes
• Working hours: Either in the permanent late shift model or in the 2-shift model with early and late shifts

Job requirements:

• Completed basic vocational training
• Experience in operating one or more of the mentioned CNC Swiss turning machines
• Knowledge of the control system (Type: Fanuc) as well as tool changes
• Good professional experience in measuring and testing technology and in reading drawings (geometric and positional tolerances)
• Networked thinking and understanding of technical contexts
• Quality- and goal-oriented action as well as solution-oriented mindset
• Good German skills at least A2 and communication skills as well as a team player
• High quality awareness and good vision
