CONSTRUCTION MANAGER TUNNEL MAINTENANCE

Region Weesen / Walensee - Night work

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Responsibility for the operational execution of the maintenance work in the Kerenzerbergtunnel
• Leadership and coordination of foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors in the demanding tunnel environment
• Planning and implementation of the construction phases under ongoing operation (night closures and full closures)
• Organization of complex demolition and new construction work (including curbs, drainage, concrete repair, cross-connections, exhaust tunnels)
• Ensuring occupational safety as well as schedule, cost, and quality control including compliance with ASTRA specifications

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed basic training in the main construction trade
• Further training as a construction manager, civil engineer, master builder, or comparable
• Category B driver's license as well as willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
• Proficient in the use of IT programs (MS-Office, Baubit PRO)
• Independent personality with networked thinking & confident appearance
