Polymechanic Turning (m/f/d) ###

• ### Your Tasks ###
• Independent setup, programming and operation of conventional and CNC turning machines
• Processing of shafts and rotationally symmetrical components with high quality requirements
• Monitoring and optimizing the machining processes as well as initiating corrective measures
• Selecting and applying suitable tools and cutting parameters
• Carrying out quality and dimensional controls to ensure the required tolerances
• Moving and positioning large components up to 30 tons using a crane

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as a Poly-/Production Mechanic or similar
• Several years of experience in manufacturing and CNC turning
• Knowledge of the Siemens control SINUMERIK 840D is a plus
• Good knowledge in machining technology as well as in handling tools and cutting parameters
• Readiness to work in 2- to 3-shift operation
• Independent, precise and team-oriented personality with high quality awareness
