Polymechaniker*in 80-100%

Activities:

• You program, set up, and operate modern, CNC-controlled short-run and long-run turning machines.
• You independently carry out first-article inspections and document the results.
• You continuously monitor manufacturing quality through regular intermediate and final inspections.
• You ensure compliance with all quality standards in the manufacturing process.
• You actively participate in internal optimization projects and process improvement.
• You contribute to the continuous increase of efficiency according to Lean methods.
• You undertake preventive maintenance and servicing work on the assigned machines.
• You ensure a smooth and trouble-free process in daily production operations.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed professional basic training as a Polymechanikerin or Feinmechanikerin.
• You bring several years of experience in a similar position from an industrial environment.
• You possess solid knowledge of Lean Management and apply its methods in a structured manner.
• You are a team player, reliable, and an independent specialist with innovative ideas.
• You are characterized by a strong technical understanding as well as high flexibility and commitment.
• You are willing to work in a 2- to 3-shift model as well as perform sporadic on-call duties.
• You have business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing.
