Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the joinery teams
• Plan, organize and monitor work in the workshop and/or on-site
• Ensure quality, precision and compliance with deadlines
• Read and interpret technical plans
• Guarantee compliance with safety rules
• Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement

Profile

• CFC joiner or CFC carpenter diploma
• Proven experience in a workshop or on-site
• Sense of organization and recognized leadership
• Sharp technical skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to create a positive dynamic
